Courtyard RenovationNovember 2018

My freshman year I was involved in the seminar "Project Management," a seminar based around updating the Kettle Moraine High School Courtyard. After six weeks of planning my class and I spent five hours completing labor work in the court yard. This included creating a path, planting flowers, constructing tables, and more.
Waukesha Christmas Clearing Council 2012-2019

Each Christmas season from second grade until sophomore year I spent time volunteering at the Waukesha Christmas Clearing Council. I helped organize and display the toys, books, and clothing collected. I would also help community members gather presents from their children and show them where each item was located.

For my Senior Capstone service project I put on a fundraiser to support the issue of the lack of youth access to the arts. I put together a Royal Tea Party that went in tandem with the KM production of Beauty and the Beast. I worked on every aspect of the event, from marketing to coordinating my 25 volunteers to creating costumes for the royals to wear and so much more. The funds from the event went to the Pink Umbrella Theater Co. and the KM Drama Club.
