How to be a Trusted Partner?
To ensure Trusted Partner maintains high service quality, we evaluate your eligibility based on your order fulfillment and traveler service performance. You may visit the "Become a Trusted Partner" page to view your performance metrics and clearly track your monthly operational status!
Eligibility Criteria: Trusted Partner Performance Metrics
KKday has established the following five performance metrics for order fulfillment and customer service. If you meet all the criteria as “Excellent”, you can become a Trusted Partner!
⚠️Note: If you have two or more performance metrics that need improvement, the system will lower your product ranking next month. Failure to improve over the long term may result in your products being delisted.
I meet all the criteria, when will I become a Trusted Partner?
Trusted Partner performance metrics update on the 4th of each month. You can check last month's overall operational performance on the "Become a Trusted Partner" page.
If all your metrics are at the "Excellent" level, you will become a Trusted Partner immediately after the monthly performance update and receive rewards.
⚠️ Note: After becoming a Trusted Partner, you must maintain an "Excellent" level across all metrics every month. Failure to meet this standard for any metric next month will result in demotion to a regular status.
What rewards do Trusted Partners earn?
Note: Trusted Partners have priority opportunities to participate in marketing and promotional activities. Actual scheduling depends on the theme and planning of each specific event.
