FAQ

Q1:How long will my rewards last after becoming a Trusted Partner?

Your performance metrics are assessed monthly. Last month's performance is reviewed on the 4th of the current month. If you meet the Trusted Partner criteria, the rewards will last for one month.

Q2:If performance metrics are poor, what impact will it have on me?

If there is no long-term improvement, your products may be delisted. If you have two or more performance metrics that need improvement, the system will lower your product ranking next month. Failure to improve over the long term may result in your products being delisted.

Q3:Do I need to be the last one to reply when responding to messages?

Reply to each traveler-initiated message within 12 hours whenever possible to improve your message response rate.

Q4:If a customer wants to reschedule or change the number of people, but the system doesn't allow it, what should I do?

Since the order content cannot be modified, please ask the traveler to cancel and reorder. Once the traveler initiates a cancellation, you can choose to refund according to the cancellation policy or offer a full refund.

Q5:If a customer provides incomplete transfer information and does not respond to messages, should the order be canceled?

In addition to using KKday for communication, you can also try contacting the traveler via the phone number or email provided in their booking information. If you still cannot reach them, please contact KKday directly for assistance. Meanwhile, do not cancel the order directly to avoid complaints and an increase in order cancellation rates.

Q6:How should I maintain contact with travelers if I can't add them on messaging apps?

To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please communicate using KKday messaging as much as possible and keep a record of the conversations. KKday acknowledges that some types of experiences may require communication outside of the messaging platform. In cases where you need to provide drivers/guides contacts or pre-travel information, exceptions are permitted.

Q7:If there's traffic causing delays for the driver providing airport transfer services, what should I do?

Please notify the traveler immediately via messaging or phone call. This not only reassures the traveler but also reduces the risk of impacting his/her subsequent travel plans.

Q8:Can my tour guide adjust the itinerary due to local weather and traffic conditions?

Partners should confirm departure conditions in advance and stay updated with local information to promptly communicate and coordinate with travelers, minimizing complaints.

Q9:When will the new Trusted Partner rewards system start? Will I still receive rewards if I meet the criteria last month?

The new Trusted Partner rewards system will officially launch on July 1, 2024. Your monthly performance from July 1 to July 31 will be evaluated and displayed on the "Become a Trusted Partner" page during the update on August 4, along with corresponding rewards. To allow Partners time to familiarize themselves with the performance metrics and optimize operational performance, the new system interface will be available in the system starting June 20.

For Partners participating in the old evaluation system, we will still update according to the old rules and award badges on July 4. However, information related to the old system will no longer be displayed in the system after June 20.

Q10:The Trusted Partner performance metrics indicate that my performance last month needs improvement. Will this result in restrictions on my rights this month?

6/20 to 6/30 is an adjustment period for Partners, and performance during this time will not be calculated. Therefore, you can ignore the June performance announced on 7/4, and there will be no restrictions on your rights. To allow Partners time to understand the new Trusted Partner system and optimize their operational performance, your performance metrics will officially start being calculated from 7/1/2024.
