What is Order Cancellation Rate?
Order Cancellation Rate: The rate is based on order cancellations due to factors on the partner side and is calculated per month.
Partners should avoid canceling orders for being fully-booked/sold out, overbooked, or missed orders, etc. If there are any inventory changes, please update them in time or reach out to your KKday contact
Cancellation requests initiated by the traveler or due to inclement weather or other force majuers will be excluded from the order cancellation rate.
Excellence < 0.5%;Needs Improvement ≥ 1.5%
Suggestion for Lowering the Order Cancellation Rate
After the order is confirmed, travelers will receive a confirmation mail and voucher. Partners should avoid canceling confirmed orders to prevent negative customer experience.
Please select the reason for cancellation according to the actual circumstance. If the reason for cancellation is “Others”, please make sure to specify the reason in the remarks to inform the traveler.
Update the inventory and available dates/sessions accordingly to minimise cancellation caused by fully-booked/sold out, overbooked, or missed orders.
Most KKday users prefer small-size tours. Packages requiring fewer participants may decrease the chances of cancellation due to a lack of participants.
