What is Order Confirmation Time?
Order confirmation time refers to the usual time you need to confirm an order. This info is displayed on the Package Details of the product page.
If your order confirmation method is "instant confirmation," the system will automatically confirm the order, and no further action is required from you.
If your order confirmation method is "manual confirmation," please be sure to return to the system to confirm the order within the specified confirmation time to maintain the order fulfillment rate.

Best Practices for Order Management
Setting accurate Order Processing Time: Please set accurate order processing time for each product in the system to manage traveler expectations and ensure orders are confirmed (voucher sent) within the specified time frame.
For products that are pending group formations or waiting for manual confirmation: Vouchers should be promptly issued upon group formations. For orders still awaiting group formations, proactively update travelers on the status to reduce their uncertainty and waiting time.
Incomplete Order Information: Contact travelers through KKday messaging, email, or phone to actively follow up. You can also reach out to your KKday contact for assistance in communicating with travelers.
