Act a Book
Record yourself acting out the favourite scene of a book. Let others guess and we will have a book reveal on March 31st. Send us your recordings to library@kjs.edu.hk.
Go on a Virtual Fieldtrip
Relax and take a virtual field trip to another part of the world. Sketchnote and write a story about your new adventure. You could also make a tourist guide book of your destination. Include pictures, maps, diagrams and give details of what to do there.

Lego/Building Block Book Maker
Build your imaginary book scenes with Lego/Building Block. Read this book on EPIC.

Design a challenging board game using the characters and events in the story.

Have a Booknic
Invite your sibling, caretaker, parent, or pet to a Booknic. Lay out a blanket on the ground and read together. Show us your booknic here on Padlet.

Create a map of a place described in a book, such as Narnia, Hogwarts or Gruffalo wood.

Animate a book
Use this animation tool to create your favourite scene from a book. Post your clip to Padlet or email library@kjs.edu.hk. Remember to include your name and class.

Open any 2 pages of a novel and find all the words beginning with ‘s’. Make up a funny poem using all these words.
