CCAs

Dear parents and guardians,

We hope most of our students have successfully signed up for clubs. There are still a few spaces available for certain clubs in the Secondary School, so if you would like to enroll your child, please contact admissions@kisu.com directly.

Please note that CCA enrollment for the Primary School is almost full.  Thank you for your support!

This is a friendly reminder that CCA payments are now due, as we have already completed one week of activities. Students will not be able to switch clubs from this point forward. 

Payment guidelines were shared with you earlier, and the mobile money numbers for the coaches are displayed at Reception. The list will also be shared with you via email again.

You can find the club charges listed next to the club name, both in the parent portal and the shared club list.  

Payment Options

You can make payments through any of the following methods:

• At the Primary Office, Secondary Office, or Reception Desk – Please provide your child’s name, class, and club details when making the payment.

• Directly to the club coaches – Payments can be made via mobile money (please mention your child's name in the transfer) or in person when picking up your child at the end of a club session. The list of mobile money numbers is available at the Reception Desk.

Refund Policy  - Please note that no refunds will be issued if your child is unable to attend all 10 sessions. The CCA coaches have planned their sessions based on the number of registered students.
