SCIENCE AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

At Kingswood Primary, our dedicated Science and DigiTech specialists bring learning to life, inspiring curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills in every student. Through engaging lessons and hands-on experiences, our students explore the wonders of science and the possibilities of technology in ways that enrich their education and broaden their horizons.

Our Science program offers students exciting opportunities to participate in local and national science competitions, where they can apply their knowledge, showcase their ideas, and learn from others – all with the guidance and support of our specialist teacher.

In DigiTech, our Year 6 DigiTech Leaders play a vital role in supporting the whole school. Working alongside a teacher, they take the lead on projects such as running all the audio-visual technology at school assemblies, producing videos for our social media, and finding innovative tech solutions to enhance school life.

Together, our Science and DigiTech programs equip students with skills for the future, foster a love of learning, and encourage them to think critically, work collaboratively, and embrace new challenges.
