Welcome to Kingswood's Enrichment Program Site
WELCOME STUDENTS AND FAMILIES.
At Kingswood Primary School, we offer dynamic Enrichment Programs that celebrate hands-on learning, creativity, and global awareness. These programs help students build real-world skills and a strong sense of community.
Our beloved Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden program gives students from Prep to Year 6 the chance to engage in sustainable living, food production, and cooking. Prep to Year 2 students enjoy immersive experience days, while Years 3 to 6 participate in weekly garden and kitchen lessons. With our flourishing gardens and happy hens in their luxury coop, students gain practical life skills in a joyful, natural setting.
Cultural learning is brought to life through our Japanese Day, a highlight on the school calendar. Students enjoy interactive performances from visiting Japanese artists and participate in engaging Japanese-themed activities in every classroom—an unforgettable celebration of language and culture.
We also proudly host a biennial whole school performance, which unites students, staff, and families in a vibrant showcase of talent and teamwork, strengthening connections across the school. Our biannual art exhibition celebrates creativity and artistic expression, highlighting the diverse talents of our students.
In our science program, students explore the world through hands-on investigations, building curiosity and scientific thinking. Our Digitec program equips students with vital digital skills through fun, future-focused experiences in coding, robotics, and technology.
Together, these enrichment opportunities empower Kingswood students to explore, create, and thrive, laying the foundation for lifelong learning, community connection, and curiosity.
Kind regards,
