For Senior Leaders to have an understanding of the Behaviour Hubs and Attendance Hubs programmes and how these can support improved Behaviour and Attendance systems and outcomes in schools.

This session is for all senior leaders and will look at effective coaching feedback linking to the KGA DDI process, ensuring that all senior leaders are giving staff the most impactful feedback on their teaching and learning.

Likhon is the newly appointed Director of Secondary Improvement at KGA, and is also a serving Ofsted Inspector. He comes to us with a wealth of headship and Trust wide leadership experience, including rapid transformation of schools.
