• PLO 4: Identify and evaluate systems and technologies in order to implement improvements and innovations relevant to a particular information context.

ANNOTATION: By crafting user personas based on data, information organizations can quickly synthesize the needs and pain points for particular user groups or demographics. Analyzing institutional resources and services based on user personas can lead to greater access and engagement. Through this user persona exercise, I designed a user persona for a fictional student named Jane to summarize her perspective, needs, and goals in relation to the Kent State UXD program. Graphic design is used to quickly convey all of the important elements.
