• PLO 2: Critique and synthesize research and identify appropriate research methodologies to solve problems in the field.

ANNOTATION: People in the Information Ecology employed a user-centered approach to evaluating and understanding the information needs of individuals, groups, and communities. Through independent research for the final paper in this class, I gained greater understanding of millennial information seeking behaviors and offered recommendations for information institutions trying to reach this audience.
