打造奧運金牌選手的幕後英雄 王瑞翔
王瑞翔畢業於高雄醫學大學運動醫學系和台灣師範大學體育系碩士班。他從2015年7月開始,投入國訓中心競技體操隊的運動防護工作,擔任台灣體操選手李智凱的運動防護員。他陪同李智凱走遍世界各地,出戰大小賽事,防護員從選手練習到比賽,從貼紮、暖身、喚醒身體,到盯場、緊急處理急性傷害、協助拍攝選手動作,以及訓練後的肌肉與筋膜放鬆、按摩、傷害治療和復健等,統統一手包辦。
運動教練是合格的醫療保健專家,專門與運動員合作以幫助預防和管理傷害。如果運動員受傷,他們通常是第一個到達現場的醫療專家。在治療受傷患者時,他們的目標是幫助他們恢復體力、恢復全方位運動並恢復競技和其他體能活動。

What is an Athletic trainer ?
An athletic trainer is a qualified health care specialist who specializes in working with athletes to help prevent and manage injuries. When working with injured patients, their goal is to help them regain their strength, recover a full range of motion and resume competitive and other athletic activity.
Training athletes for competitions and teaching them how to prevent injuries
Applying braces, tape or bandages to prevent injuries
Providing primary care to injured athletes
Developing injury prevention, treatment programs and rehabilitation programs for injured athletes and implementing them
