6 Months of Fortnightly Coaching
Live group coaching calls every two weeks - your opportunity to receive 1:1 coaching from me on these live calls.

Hotseat coaching is the chance to bring anything to me to unpack what’s happening for you in real time, live on the call. The structure of this Mastermind allows for you to not only receive the benefit of individual coaching, it also creates an opportunity for you to grow and learn from observing others receive coaching around relatable experiences that so many of us face in life.

FAQs
Why six months?
Because identity change takes time. Six months allows space for momentum, resistance, integration and real‑life application.
Is this instead of 1:1 coaching?
No. The Embodied Mastermind is a different experience. 1:1 is private and the most personalised way you can work with me. This Mastermind still offers 1:1 support, in a group setting with witnessing and shared accountability at a more accessible price point.
What if I miss a session?
Live presence is encouraged however replays will be available and sent out to group members within 48 hours of the call.
What is the duration of the live Embodied Mastermind coaching calls?
The live coaching calls will be scheduled to go for up to 60 minutes for each call. It is an expectation that group members will be ready for the call 5 minutes prior to its commencement to allow for prompt start times for each coaching call.
What time will the calls be scheduled?
7:30pm - with call dates to be determined and distributed to you following your successful acceptance into the Embodied Mastermind.
