TERMS & CONDITIONS OF KATIE MURRAY COACHING

Effective Date: 01/03/2026

By enrolling in any coaching program, group program, or Mastermind offered by Katie Murray Coaching (“KMC”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Programs Covered by These Terms

These Terms apply to:

• Elevate Program (3 Months – 1:1 Coaching)

• Elevate Program (6 Months – 1:1 Coaching, inclusive of complimentary Embodied Mastermind access)

• Embodied – The Next Level Mastermind (6 Months – Standalone enrolment)

• The Self-Sabotage Solution (12 Week Group Program)

2. Eligibility

2.1 Embodied – The Next Level Mastermind

The Embodied Mastermind is available to individuals who:

• Have previously worked with Katie Murray Coaching; or

• Are enrolled in the Elevate 6-Month Program; or

• Have completed The Self-Sabotage Solution.

KMC reserves the right to accept or decline applications to ensure suitability and psychological safety within the group environment.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 General Payment Conditions

• Payment must be made in full or the first instalment processed before access is granted to booking systems, group calls, WhatsApp groups, or program materials.

• Selecting a payment plan constitutes a commitment to pay the full program fee.

• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.2 Elevate Program – 3 Months (1:1 Coaching)

Upfront Payment: $1740
Three Monthly Instalments:
Total commitment: $1755
3 instalments of $585

Once enrolled, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of attendance or early withdrawal.

3.3 Elevate Program – 6 Months (1:1 Coaching + Complimentary Mastermind Access)

Upfront Payment: $3300
Six Monthly Instalments:
Total commitment: $3330
6 instalments of $555

Includes:

• 12 x 1:1 coaching sessions

• Monday–Friday individual email support

• 12 x live Embodied Mastermind group sessions

• 4 recorded masterclasses

• Monday–Friday WhatsApp group support

The Embodied Mastermind is included as a complimentary component of this program and holds no separate refundable value.

You remain responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation.

3.4 Embodied – The Next Level Mastermind (Standalone Enrolment)

$385 per month for 6 months
Total commitment: $2310

Includes:

• 12 fortnightly live group coaching calls (up to 60 minutes each)

• Hotseat coaching opportunities (not guaranteed each session)

• 4 recorded masterclasses

• Monday–Friday WhatsApp group support

• Session replays (where practicable)

Enrolment is a six-month commitment. Payments remain due even if sessions are missed.

3.5 The Self-Sabotage Solution (12 Week Group Program)

Includes:

• 6 fortnightly live group coaching calls

• Group learning and implementation support

• Session replays (where practicable)

Three Monthly Instalments:
$180 per month for 3 months
Total commitment: $540

By selecting the payment plan, you commit to the full program fee regardless of participation. If participant would like to pay via a once off-upfront payment, this can be arranged by negotiation by the participant contacting KMC at info@katiemurraycoaching.com.au

3.6 Missed or Failed Payments

If payment fails or becomes overdue:

• Access to sessions and materials may be suspended.

• Continued non-payment may result in termination.

• Outstanding balances remain legally payable.
  
  

KMC reserves the right to recover unpaid fees.

4. Refund Policy (Australian Consumer Law Compliant)

All payments are final. Change-of-mind refunds are not provided once access to a program or group has commenced.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy if services:

• Are not provided with due care and skill;

• Are not fit for the disclosed purpose;

• Do not match their description.

If you believe the services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you must notify KMC in writing so an appropriate remedy can be considered.

5. Attendance & Rescheduling

5.1 1:1 Coaching (Elevate Programs)

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit that session.

• Sessions conclude on time regardless of arrival time.
  
  

5.2 Group Programs & Mastermind

• Live attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.

• Replays will be provided where practicable.

• Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.

• Hotseat coaching is not guaranteed.

6. Program Duration

• Elevate 3 Month Program must be completed within 3 months of the first session.

• Elevate 6 Month Program must be completed within 6 months of the first session.

• Self-Sabotage Solution runs for 12 weeks.

• Embodied Mastermind runs for 6 months.
  
  

Unused sessions within the program period are forfeited.

7. Session Format

All sessions are delivered virtually via video conferencing software.

Participants agree to:

• Attend from a private environment

• Keep camera on (unless otherwise agreed)

• Engage respectfully and free from distractions

Sessions are scheduled for up to 60 minutes.

8. Confidentiality

All 1:1 coaching conversations are confidential.

For group programs (Self-Sabotage Solution & Embodied Mastermind):

• Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of all discussions.

• KMC cannot guarantee confidentiality of information voluntarily shared by other participants.

Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully

• Maintain confidentiality

• Take responsibility for their wellbeing

• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
  
  

KMC may remove any participant who breaches this Code of Conduct without refund where necessary to protect group integrity.

10. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

Coaching and group programs are personal development services and are not:

• Therapy

• Psychological counselling

• Medical treatment

• Legal or financial advice

You acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your decisions and actions.

• Results vary between individuals.

• No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, you are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KMC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

• Liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply.
  
  

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, frameworks and resources remain the intellectual property of Katie Murray Coaching.

Participants may not:

• Record sessions

• Share replays

• Distribute or reproduce materials

Without prior written consent.

13. Termination

KMC may terminate participation if:

• Payments are not completed

• Two consecutive 1:1 sessions are missed

• There is inappropriate conduct

• A participant is deemed unsuitable for the coaching container
  
  

Outstanding payments remain payable unless otherwise required by law.

14. Program Changes

KMC reserves the right to:

• Adjust session dates or delivery format

• Modify content

• Reschedule where necessary

If a full program is cancelled by KMC, a pro-rata refund or credit will be offered where appropriate.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.

16. Acceptance

By enrolling in any Katie Murray Coaching program, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms

• Agree to be bound by them

• Understand your rights under Australian Consumer Law
