At 21, I started as a fresh-faced social worker straight out of Uni into a very high demand/high stress work environment. By 24, I was leading a team and overcompensating with confidence I didn’t actually feel - making bold decisions, speaking with authority, and hoping no one noticed how unsure I was... I felt like a fraud.
I gave myself some pretty impossible standards to rise to:
1) Never show vulnerability because people will think you can't 'hack it'
2) Be 'likeable' to everyone
3) Don't mess things up!
Behind the scenes? I was in a loop of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism... and messing plenty of things up!!
Over the last 20+ years in the field leading teams and speaking to countless audiences, I saw it again and again:
Capable people being hijacked by the same four beliefs:
“I’m not worthy.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I don’t belong.”
“I’m not lovable.”
And the worst part? We all thought we were the only ones.
That was my wake-up call.
Now I support people to tune into what’s really going on beneath the surface - the fears, the habits, the old programming - and start making meaningful shifts. Not by pushing harder or doing more, instead by creating space to think clearly, feel deeply, and make choices that actually align with who they want to be.
Because sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs don’t come from doing something new - they come from finally letting go of what was never really yours to carry in the first place.

I’m a proud mum of three amazing humans and have been adventuring through life with my incredible husband for close to 25 years. Our relationship and my experience of motherhood - much like life - has been full of growth, evolution, and a whole lot of learning along the way.
When I’m not coaching or facilitating workshops, you’ll usually find me out in nature, ideally with my toes in the sand and the ocean breeze in my hair. The sea is my happy place - grounding, expansive, and full of clarity.
I’m not one for small talk (just ask my friends!). I’m all about deep conversations, real connection, and the kind of laughter that shakes your shoulders and feeds your soul. A little cheeky, a lot heartfelt - I bring both depth and humour to everything I do.
