If you use Genesys TOOLBAR

The Kaplan Agent Toolbar (Genesys) is a computer-based telephone system. It integrates the physical phone with systems such as Salesforce and Qfinti. All calls to students must be made using the Kaplan Agent Toolbar.

Note: The Kaplan Agent Toolbar is only available on the Kaplan network (in office) or Kaplan remote desktop

Sign in to Genesys

  1. Log in to the remote desktop

  2. Click on the pre-installed Kaplan Agent Toolbar icon

  3. Enter your username and place number

    • IT and Training partners will provide your username

    • The place number is located on the phone's screen (upper left)

  4. Select your location

    • Select "GCLC SIP" from the drop-down menu

  5. Click OK
