Password Reset

Kaplan allows you to self manage password resets directly from the OneLogin portal. The portal requires the completion of a few simple steps followed by authentication using Duo Security.

OneLogin is available any time on any device. No need to call the Help Desk.

Self-manage password resets

1. In your web browser, go to https://ghco.onelogin.com
2. Click Forgot Password link
3. Enter Email or Username
4. Authenticate using Duo Security
5. Create new password
