Kaplan's remote desktop

The remote desktop is separate and distinct from your desktop, even when you're running the remote desktop on your personal computer. Think of the remote desktop as "Kaplan's computer" and your personal desktop as "your computer."

All activity on "Kaplan's computer" (aka the remote desktop), such as web activity, downloads, and files saved can be monitored by Kaplan. Activity on your personal desktop is not monitored by Kaplan.

The remote desktop is Kaplan branded and opens in a separate window, which you can resize, minimize, maximize, etc. As stated before, the remote desktop provided a secured connection needed to access systems and applications you will use every day.
