Mental well-being is crucial for our overall health; it influences how we think, feel, and act in our daily lives. The significance of promoting mental well-being has never been more vital, as individuals face various challenges, including work pressures, personal responsibilities, and societal changes. Understanding mental well-being empowers adults to build resilience, improve their quality of life, and foster positive relationships
