Best field trip ever! 🤙🏼 AVID & Lokahi Club students toured the 🎓 University of Hawai`i West Oahu 🦉❤️ campus The buildings feature economically conscious & beautiful architecture designed to take advantage of the cooling winds. So many student friendly indoor & outdoor spaces We learned about many student support programs. We LOVED the awe inspiring Creative Media learning center featuring a full filming stage, mill shop for prop and set building, sound stages, folly room, and multiple video & sound editing bays! Thank you to our host, presenters, and tour guides Martin, Bethany, Wela, Eliza, Leala, Leiona, Jamie, Eliza, & Mark. Your words will help guide us on our journeys to college & career! Extra special thanks to our teachers, chaperones, and GearUp Hawai`i for making this trip possible. Please ask us about our learning!
