This is an activity that can be done at home during the Corona Virus lock-down. It can be done with one person or more. It is one of a series of activities that I am putting on the Physical Education Web-Page. It can be used for physical education, a stress release, bonding and family fun. It is 1:41 long and can be played as often as you would like. Though it is intended for Pre K-1st grade, it is fun for everyone. The skills involved are as follows: Listening, following instructions, acting out the movement of the character in the song and moving at different speeds. Walk: High knee stepping with a pause between each step, body tall and proud. Trot: Galloping (step forward with one leg and bring the back leg forward to meet the front heel of the foot. Run: Galloping Fast. Recommendation: Listen to the music a few time before attempting to perform it.
