Silly Rabbit

1:32Dance: Movement Education. Pre k 1st Grade. Lesson 3. Silly Rabbit

This is an activity that can be done at home during the corona virus lock-down. It is one of a series of activities that I am putting on the physical education web-page. it can be used for physical education, a stress release, bonding and family fun. It is 1:31 long and can be played as often as you would like. Though it was intended for Pre k to 1st grade, it is fun for everyone. The skills involved are as follows:

Listening, following instructions, acting out the movement of the character in the song.

Two feet hopping: keep both feet and knees together during the hopping portion of the song.

Ears: Fingers on head for ears.

nose: Twitching nose like a bunny.

Recommendation: Listen to the song several times and go over the movements before trying them to the music. It will help with success and make it more fun.
