This is similar to the Boxer. You alternate your feet so only on foot is hopping during each turn of the rope. This is where it is different, when the foot goes forward, you touch the heal to the ground. When the foot goes back to the starting point, you touch your toe. You keep repeating this with each lag alternating them. Watch the video several time before attempting the heel toe. When you have mastered this lesson, move on to the next one.
