This video shows the second stage in a progression of stages in learning how to jump rope for young children or for the beginner. This video is only 14 seconds long. It shows a young child demonstrating how to do the Turn-Tap-Tap-Tap movements for this Stage of the progression. I recommend that it be watched a few times before attempting to perform it. It is easy, experiencing success at each stage makes the experience fun and better for everyone's self concept. There are 6 lessons in this unit which ends up with the child being able to demonstrate how jump rope effectively.
