This unit is another set of lessons for the Jump Rope Beginner. The first lesson is attempting to create an environment where the participant buy's into why they should jump rope. It is followed by 9 more lesson which help the participant develop the beginning initial abilities and skills to jump rope effectively and demonstrate several beginning level tricks and stunts. This first lesson is 39 second long. It shows a physical education teacher starting his jump rope unit. These video shorts were modified from a YouTube video.
