 What to do next...

New Warrior Checklist

Things to do ASAP:

1.  Create your MyUH Account

2.  Submit your FAFSA if you have not already done so.

3.  Submit Health Clearance Forms (Upload to the MedProctor Portal)

4.  Take placement tests- Math, Chemistry, Physics, Foreign Language if you plan to register for these classes.

YOU MUST HAVE THE ABOVE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER FOR CLASSES! (Refer to New Warrior Checklist)

The earlier you register for classes, the more choices of classes and class times you will have!


Important Dates:

June 1- Submit Intent to Enroll & Tuition Deposit

July 10- Registration assignments begin for all Incoming Classified students. (Newly accepted freshmen.)

August 1- Health Clearances Due

August 23- Tuition payment deadline

August 26- Fall Semester begins


FINAL TRANSCRIPTS:

Final transcripts are NOT automatically sent!  YOU must request that a FINAL transcript be sent to the college you intend to enroll.  Do so AFTER May 1st and BEFORE you graduate! 

If you have requested an Official Transcript during the 2023-2024 School year, you only need to complete and submit the Official Transcript Request Form


If you have NOT requested an Official Transcript during the 2023-2024 School year, you must complete the Official Transcript Request Form AND the Parent Permission Form


Hard copies of these forms are available in the College & Career Center.  Submit completed forms directly to Mrs. Inaba
