Transcript Requests

For McKinley High School Graduates:

To request Official Transcripts, please contact the REGISTRAR'S OFFICE

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: For Current McKinley Students ONLY: Unofficial transcripts will be sent as a pdf to student's email within 1 week request is received.

To request an updated UNOFFICIAL transcript (after January 31, 2026) please click HERE (You must be logged into your DOE email)

OFFICIAL Transcript Requests (For Current McKinley Students only. ) Official transcripts must be sent or uploaded from McKinley HS directly to college, scholarship, etc. Processing fee of $1 or addressed, stamped envelope required if requesting a hard-copy transcript. Please allow 1 week for processing.

To request an OFFICIAL transcript, please complete and submit the forms below to: colleen.inaba@k12.hi.us or drop off hard copy to the College & Career Center, room A119.

*Hard copies of both forms are also available in the College & Career Center.
