At district registration:

Step 1: Complete the Online Enrollment Application

Follow the link to complete your online enrollment application. Be prepared to respond to your student's demographic and health information. If you are enrolling more than one student, you will be required to complete each student individually.

Required Documentation: You will have the opportunity to upload the following required documentation during the registration process.

1. Proof of age: birth certificate or passport

2. Vaccination record

3. Identity Verification (Parent or Guardian): Driver's License, State ID or Passport

4. Residency verification: 2 proofs of residence are required (EC 48204.1)

5. Property tax payment receipts.

6. Property rental agreement, lease, or payment receipts.

7. Contract, account statement, or utility payment receipts.

8. Pay stubs.

9. Voter registration.

10. Correspondence from a government agency.

11. If applicable: a copy of a recent IEP or 504 plan.
