Varsity Track & Field Outdoor season has begun! These athletes train year round preparing and sharpening their craft for the events that they compete in. From running to jumping to throwing, these Patriots are working hard around the clock. During the Outdoor Season they compete against athletes from schools across the state from all different levels of training and abilities. We can’t wait to see what our Patriots have in store for this season!

How have you improved since a year ago? I have gotten stronger and more disciplined
Do you have any meet day rituals? I watch videos of my past performance from previous meets, I make sure to eat chicken or some type of protein and I drink colostrum. I also listen to chill music
What are you most excited about this season? I'm most excited about seeing everybody's progress and making it to state and hopefully winning.
As a senior, what’s your favorite memory from being on this team? When we had summer practice and it started raining, it felt like a movie.

How have you improved since a year ago? Working harder and my dedication got stronger, my coaches have helped me improve.
Do you have any meet day rituals? I drink a C4 and listen to Rod Wave to prepare. I have special short and shorts I like to wear.
What are you most excited about this season? Keep on improving and getting PR’s.

How have you improved since one year ago? I’ve been doing way more mileage than a year ago and I’ve also been more consistent and because of that my times are improving. (Nathan Naccari)
Do you have any meet day rituals? I usually chill out for the whole day, I always eat pasta and peanut butter sandwiches. (Blake Bordelon)
What are you most excited about this season? I would like to go to regionals and possible state. (Maverick Hassenboehler)
Is it more difficult to prepare for a relay than an open event? Open events are more difficult to prepare for because you’re by yourself and with the relay you have a team, it’s harder to focus when you're by yourself and it's also more pressure. (Kobe Richard)
