End of a chapter

On March 7 the girls played Huntington High School. In the first period the girls had a rocky start. They got in foul trouble early on in the game. We weren't hitting shots with our offense lacking. Come the second period, we started to pace ourselves putting more shots up. With 3 seconds on the clock senior Imani Daniel shot a three pushing the score to 26 -19 before the half ended. In the third period the raiders came back putting shots up. We were lacking defense, but by the end we started to put more shots up tying the score 41-41. The fourth period came around and we started to miss important shots. Both teams were deep in foul trouble with 3-4 fouls. With 3 minutes left on the clock, the score was tied 50-50. We finally were up by two, but with 3 seconds left in the quarter the raiders got fouled and scored 2 free throws, putting the score at 59-62. The raiders sadly won.
