The Grade 8 ESP trip is unique within the middle school, as students get the opportunity to travel in smaller groups to a variety of locations and explore their areas much more in-depth.  Every student, regardless of the trip they go on, will complete class work connecting their understanding of various topics gained in their classes with what they experience on location.  They will all also work on investigation questions chosen in Science class, and evaluate their data upon returning from the trip, alongside applying anecdotal evidence from their trip experience to work in their other classes such as Social Studies.
