If you have witnessed or been a target for bullying, please fill out this form and tell a trusted Advisor. Somethings to keep in mind:

• Report it even if it feels small

• Bullying is really serious 

• Please tell your Advisor as soon as you can that bullying has occurred

  • If your Advisor is the bully, please tell another trusted adult in the building

• Retaliation against a bully has its own form of consequences, so please do your best to avoid any further contact with the bully
