Transcript Guidelines
Use the guides below to write your final Transcript. Remember, this will go to colleges (if this is your path of choice) and is your official documentation for graduation!

Transcript Writing 101 - Guidelines
Transcript Template - Make a Copy for yourself and store in a safe place (your portfolio perhaps)
Educational Experiences List (EEL) Work in Progress Template - To be used on a regular basis to track your experiences. This is not the final EEL template.
EEL Final Draft Template - To be used by everyone submitting their transcripts for graduation. You will be asked to make a copy.
Capstone Template - Make a Copy for yourself and upload appropriate documentation to support your Capstone projects (Global and Logical Passages).
Example Transcripts from JCOS Graduates
Below are many Transcript examples with various styles and themes. Please note that most of these Transcripts were completed before ELLs were standardized. The ELL replaced "Class List". Reach out to your Advisor if you need more help.
*Note: Permission was granted from each graduate to share their hard work with you as an example. These represent different ways to complete a Transcript, but that doesn't mean it should look exactly like this.Â
Submitting Transcripts
Submitting your transcripts early? Here is the Google Form to submit your EEL and Transcript to Melyssa.
Step-by-Step Transcripts
Have a draft of your transcripts to your Advisor by Winter Break (or personal deadline)
Have a draft of your EEL to your Advisor by Winter Break (or personal deadline)
Finalize drafts with your Advisor before giving to a second reader.
Ask Advisors for Support Letters
Give draft of transcript to second reader
Finalize draft then give to Melyssa using this Google Form (coming soon)
Once you receive feedback from Melyssa, finalize any last edits then upload all of your documents (6 minimum) into this Google Form (coming soon)
-Be sure to name each document correctly (i.e. 2324_Your Name_Document Title)
