Join us for our First Annual Veterans Day Celebration on Monday, November 11th!
We want to honor all Veterans in our community for their service with a special program. In preparation for our celebration, please share a photo and information using this FORM.
HES is excited to host our first Thanksgiving Luncheon with our families! Join us over three days—November 19, 20, and 21!
Families, please remember to park in the back and enter through the back doors. Check the chart above for your student’s dining day and time, and plan to arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth check-in.
We can’t wait to celebrate this season of gratitude together!
Don’t forget to order your child’s artwork from Square1 Art. You have until November 6th to place your orders. Mrs. Mitchell is giving away a doughnut party to the class with highest money total. Mrs. Southard’s class is currently in first place! Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to purchase art supplies.
The Jackson County School System is once again teaming up with the Atlanta Hawks to host a JCSS Night on Saturday, January 25 as the Hawks host the Toronto Raptors! Tickets include a $10 concession stand credit and a portion of all tickets sold goes back to JCSS! Purchase tickets by visiting: www.jacksonschoolsga.org/hawksnight
Plan ahead and help make a Thanksgiving meal possible for a family within our Jackson County community! The Jackson County School System is once again sponsoring a Thanksgiving Food Drive. We are looking for donations of the following items to help feed a family of four this Thanksgiving. Donations will be accepted on Friday, Nov. 15 from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Empower College and Career Center Gymnasium!
