ASBRM (Toronto Canada September 2024)
The research group that did the IASTM work with the rats submitted an abstract and was accepted to present a poster at the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research where we presented our poster to anyone that approached us with interest. This event helped give me experience traveling to a different country to speak, and experience with presenting with people from different fields as we presented with medical students as well.
CSM (Houston Texas February 2025)
CSM 2025: The APTA Combined Sections Meeting is the largest and most dynamic professional development event for physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, educators, researchers, students, and industry professionals. This event is an incredible opportunity to give back to the PT profession and allow me to explore the diverse role of physical therapists within the field. I was fortunate enough to have an abstract about the IASTM research accepted as a poster presentation.
Indiana Physiological Society 2025 Conference
(March 29th, 2025)
Founded in 2010, the Indiana Physiological Society seeks to unite students, faculty, and industry professionals to advance the field of physiology in the state of Indiana. They are proud to be an official chapter of the American Physiological Society. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. I had the honor of presenting my IASTM research to over 100 people that attended the event.
CSM (Anaheim, CA, February 2026)
I had the incredible honor of presenting a platform presentation at CSM in 2026 over a new 3D Matrix Model for quantifying, organizing, and disseminating information about force-based manipulation for research and clinical purposes (full presentation on my LinkedIn). This model is just the beginning of a new era of FBM data being accessible to clinicians and will hopefully help to standardize the practices for clinicians and researches when using FBM techniques.
