Summary

Hello! My name is Abigail Hair and I am currently a senior studying biomedical engineering at Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI. My depth area is biomechanics, which means I focus on the strength and structure of devices or materials so that they can best serve a medical purpose. Biomedical engineering is a hybrid of math and science that focuses on solving problems in healthcare technology.  Also, I am pursuing two minors, one in chemistry and one in math,and I am a member of the Honors College. I aspire to become a doctor or an advanced engineer in my field where I can use my acquired skills and knowledge to repair others' bodies and lives. On this site, I hope to share what I am doing to work toward my goals in my internship and academics, and paint a picture of myself. Feel free to ask any questions you may have using the form below!
