Examples:

Coach as Sounding Board: Chatting through an idea, often in an informal way. Getting different perspectives and ideas on lesson content, dealing with students. Example: Cate talks through a  "Wisdom of the Crowds" routine with John

Coach as Partner: Having a conversation in a more structured way for a specific goal or issue (often may have a planning and reflective conversation) Example: Cate plans her MYP IDU goals and action steps with John & they have a follow-up meeting after the IDU has been delivered

Coach as Guide: Talking through a specific problem with a specialist (for example EAL, TECH...) Example: John needs to talk through how to enhance his lessons with GAI and Cate shares tools and strategies
