Goal 1.1: All PYP teachers are continuing to work on creating unit planners that are accessible, show differentiation and identify the knowledge, concepts and skills that will be developed.
January 2022
Goal 1.1: Two planning mornings were organised for the Primary French Department and they worked with the Primary Principal, PYP Coordinator and Vice Principal of Organisaiton and Learning to look at the scope and sequence and generic planning expectations.
November 2021
Goal 2.2: The transition to the Enhanced PYP means that this exercise will continue, however the focus is shifted to formative, not summative assessments.
Goal 3.1: Consistent procedures are in place with current standardised assessments we use, a review of certain assessments (such as reading) will take place over the year.
Goal 3.2: This will be discussed at ELT in particular relation to the ISA Assessments and how to interpret and use data to inform learning and teaching.
September 2021
Goal 2.4: The ISP Assessment Policy was reviewed and formalised in September 2021 by the ELT.
