Lunar New Year 2026 - Year of the Fire Horse

So proud of this incredible team for pulling off such a joyful and meaningful 🍊 🍊 Lunar New Year celebration in the school cafeteria today! 

Our children rotated through six vibrant stations, learning about traditions, symbolism, and the spirit of the season in the most hands-on ways! It was heartwarming to see the kids crafting, writing blessings, and asking thoughtful questions about why we celebrate the way we do. 

Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers for your time, creativity, and generous spirit to help make the magic happen ❤️ Happy Lunar New Year to our ISL community!

Winter Market was a roaring success because of you! The Community Spotlight stage was a big hit, with students and members of our community sharing performances that filled the space with energy and smiles. Festive winter decorations transformed the school into a warm, welcoming place for families and friends to gather and enjoy the day. Our vendor tables were a highlight, offering handmade crafts, thoughtful gifts, and delicious treats that drew steady crowds throughout the day. Thank you for being part of our annual event and for supporting our community so generously. We’re grateful for your time, enthusiasm, and spirit. Happy holidays!

Your Halloween costumes, pumpkin carvings, car decorations, loud cheers, and awesome baked goods made it extra spook-tacular! We loved seeing happy ISL families, that warm community spirit, and plenty of “BOO!” in the air. A big shoutout from the PTA to all volunteers… This successful event couldn’t have happened without YOU.

Welcome Coffee

What a wonderful beginning to the new school year! It was such a joy to meet so many of you at our PTA table during Orientation Day. We loved welcoming new families, reconnecting with returning ones, and sharing a little glimpse of the exciting year ahead. The celebrations continued at our Welcome Coffee at Chalet Suisse, where the room buzzed with warmth and energy. Over steaming cups of coffee and a hearty breakfast spread, conversations flowed easily—parents catching up after summer adventures, new families being embraced with open arms, and plenty of laughter and stories filling the air. Moments like these are what make the ISL community so special: genuine friendships, openness, and the simple joy of coming together. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for joining us at both events. You made the start of the year truly memorable. We can’t wait to see you again at our upcoming PTA gatherings as we continue building connections, creating memories, and strengthening our community spirit!

Summer Fair

Organised by the PTA, Summer Fair 2025 was a resounding success, bringing together our vibrant ISL community for a day filled with joy, laughter, and shared experiences. Saturday’s event would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our volunteers and your annual PTA dues. All proceeds from the Wolfie Raffle will go towards a brand new mascot costume. Hooray!
