Year Reps are the first friendly faces for new families. They foster personal connections with all parents within their designated year level.
Year Reps responsibilities:
Welcome new families and support leaving families
Manage class funds
Act as a liaison between the parents, teachers, staff and the PTA executive committee
Meet regularly with class teachers in Primary School / Year Level Leaders (YLL) in Secondary School, on a regular basis
Organise year group meetings for parents and students
Encourage parent involvement in PTA activities and year level events
Be present at welcome events and annual general meeting (AGM)
