Paul is an instructional technology coach at Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Broad Field Science from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and Masters degree in Educational Technology from the University of Concordia-St. Paul. Prior to becoming an instructional coach, Paul taught 6th-grade science at Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School.

Paul is passionate about finding out what students think and advancing student learning. As a self-described teaching geek, Paul views technology as a means to the end of student learning. He seeks to empower teachers to utilize technology when it enhances student learning and increases teacher efficacy and efficiency. Paul is also a strong advocate for employing more equitable grading practices across all disciplines.
