ISHR has a Whole School Cover Manager, Catherine-Lao@is-hr.de (known as Cat), (Tel: 0511 270 426 262 or internal ext. 262). The Cover Manager deals with most all aspects of planned and spontaneous cover in all school sections.

Heidi-Schumann@is-hr.de (0511 270 416 66) assists in planned cover for Early Years and Primary sections, including Child Care (CC) and After School Care (ASC). 

Please add these details into your mobile telephone so you know who is calling early in the mornings.

As you are a Cover Teacher for spontaneous cover, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MOBILE PHONE IS ON FROM 6.30 AM AT THE LATEST, as you may be called that early to come in for the start of the day (8:15am). 

Alternatively, you may be called upon in the evening the day(s) before a cover is needed. Communication transpires through whats app, sms and emails so as not to disturb too much.
