Tier 3 Strategies
Students in Tier 3 require more individualized supports than students in Tier 1 or Tier 2. Strategies are developed through the appropriate team based upon any special programs or services that students receive.
Referral to Behavior Specialist (SPED), Dean (Gen Ed), or the behavior interventionist on your campus
Note: If your campus has a PASS classroom, the PASS staff does NOT become involved with the student unless an ARD has been held to move the student into the PASS program
Review of Tier 2 intervention data
Based on data and progress made develop Behavior Plan of individualized strategies as warranted
Staff members responsible for implementing interventions will need to be trained on strategies and how to collect the data effectively
