Check-In/Check-Out

    • Provide mentor support for students with more significant behaviors such as:

      • Attention seeking

      • Developed pattern across multiple settings

      • Acting out

    • Similar to a token system

    • Monitoring with points sheet

      • Goals & expectations to be monitored developed

      • Student is provided with instruction/reminders of expectations & social skills

      • Check-in & Check-out with mentor daily

      • Teachers complete point sheet during regular intervals

        • Can be reinforced with tangible token

      • Rewards earned based upon points earned

      • Daily or Regular parent note to provide summary of goal progress
