Every successful concept needs to have what we call a ''Quality Management'' section which aims to check that the current strategy being employed is being fruitful for both the federation and its Member Organisations.
This chapter will have two main aims : Collecting feedback on the academy and how we can improve it on one hand and helping the Member Organisation in the improvement of their SEP on the other hand.
In order to ensure that the programme remains with the desired quality in all of its aspects, the Student Exchange Portfolio will be collecting feedback via a multitude of Surveys that will touch specific parts of SEP throughout the year.
We will be counting on your participation as well as that of your team members, all of your voices, opinions and comments are more than welcome in order to be certain that our work is done efficiently and to improve any shortcomings that may appear.
The SEOs, their teams and any hosting site are by default an extension of the programme and as such providing assistance in any way remains a priority for the Student Exchange Portfolio.
In that regard, various initiatives will be launched to follow up extensively with our Member Organisation regarding the hosting of their SEP in all of its aspects : Promotion, Training ...
These projects will ensure that we elevate the quality and effectiveness of the programme on a wider scale on one hand and that we provide a consistent basis of assistance to our Member Organisations.
We are also providing you with a sustainable selection of guidelines through this section that will ail to provide assistance to you, your team and the host sites that you have a partnership with.
