The Student Exchange Academy is concept that will be implemented this year that will aim to educate, guide and teach Student Exchange Officers as well as their respective teams (LEOs, Committee Members ...etc) the main components of the programme, how to master them and how to adapt to the various situations that they might encounter.

The Academy is divided into four main chapters that will each be having their own initiatives, projects and overall missions to achieve.

Documentations : The Student Exchange Programme relies on various rules and regulations that maintain its integrity and ensures that the structure that we are commonly using stays afloat and working. This chapter's main aim is to create a suitable and sustainable number of quality written guidelines and documents that will make it easier to understand every section of the programme.

Promotion : Effective promotion is essential to ensuring that one's programme is being shown to the correct audience, in the right way and at the right time. We will be helping SEOs in their quest to promote their SEP by training them how the concept of promotion works and how they can grow their programme effectively

Training : Be it actual online sessions or recorded ones, we will make sure that every major aspect of the duties of an SEOs are covered thoroughly and across the various periods of the mandate. 

Quality Management : Every successful concept needs to have what we call a ''Quality Management'' section which aims to check that the current strategy being employed is being fruitful. This chapter will have two main aims : Collecting feedback on the academy and how we can improve it on one hand and helping the Member Organisation in the improvement of their SEP.
