The IPSF SEP Instagram page will primarily source its content from Student Exchange Officers (SEOs), their teams, and outgoing students. This ensures a diverse and authentic representation of SEP experiences across different countries and regions.

📥 Content Submission Process

To streamline content collection, a Google Form will be created for each initiative. Responses will be:
✅ Compiled in a central Drive Folder for easy access.
✅ Processed on a first-come, first-served basis, except for certain cases where SEP Contest Winners receive priority.
✅ Used in accordance with a structured content calendar to maintain consistency in postings.

Additionally, a design guide will be provided for materials that will not be edited by the SEP team, ensuring uniform branding and visual appeal.
