The IPSF Student Exchange Programme (SEP) is dedicated to providing pharmacy students with unparalleled opportunities to experience global healthcare, cultural exchange, and professional development. To further enhance our reach and engagement, we have launched a dedicated Instagram page—a dynamic platform designed to promote the SEP, connect with students worldwide, and provide real-time updates about exchange opportunities.

This page will serve as a central hub for SEP promotion, enabling better communication, collaboration, and visibility for the programme. Managed by the Student Exchange Committee, this platform will operate under a structured action plan, ensuring consistent content, collaboration with Member Organisations (MOs), and widespread promotion of SEP opportunities.

Objectives of the SEP Instagram Page

🌍 Increase Visibility and Awareness
With over 2 billion monthly active users, Instagram is one of the most effective platforms for engagement. A dedicated SEP page ensures greater visibility, making it easier for pharmacy students to discover and participate in the programme.

🤝 Engage a Global Audience
Through interactive posts, stories, reels, and live sessions, we aim to create a sense of community among current, former, and future SEP participants, fostering connections across borders.

📢 Enhance Promotion of Opportunities
Our page will actively advertise exchange opportunities, application deadlines, virtual events, and other SEP-related activities, ensuring that students never miss out on exciting possibilities.

Important Considerations

To ensure smooth and efficient management of the IPSF SEP Instagram page, the following guidelines will be implemented:

📅 Timeline & Implementation

The outlined content strategy and initiatives will be implemented from February 1st and remain in effect until the end of the current mandate.
Posts will be adjusted accordingly to align with special monthly activities, such as:
- Best Monthly SEO Recognition
- SEP Podcast Releases

🤝 Participation & Content Contribution

Every Member Organisation (MO) has the right to participate in the content creation of the Instagram page—individually or in collaboration.
To be featured on the SEP Instagram page, participants must submit content using the designated Google Forms as outlined in the submission guidelines.
MOs may submit multiple entries, but their subsequent submissions will only be considered after all first-batch submissions have been processed to ensure fair exposure for all.
