The Documentations Chapter of the Student Exchange Academy aims to create a suitable and sustainable number of quality written guidelines and documents that will make it easier to understand every section of the programme.
These documents will touch upon various topics that can concern : Training, Promotion, Guidelines and many more areas making it a chapter that synergises well with the other parts of the Academy.
This chapter is not divided into teams since the main purpose will always be to create or update already existing written materials no matter their division.
These documentations are a major staple of the programme and as such we have decided to undertake the mission of creating as many guidelines as needed to cover all of the aspects of SEP.
In that regard, we will be releasing surveys throughout the mandate regarding the type of Guidelines that the SEOs and their Team would like to see and any new idea or proposition is more than welcome.
In order to provide a suitable platform for these documents, a dedicated drive folder is being created to provide direct and easy access to everyone involved in the programme.
This manual serves as a comprehensive guide to SEO on navigating responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the SEP, and upholding IPSF’s mission. Whether you are a new SEO or an experienced SEO seeking clarity on specific processes, this manual contains step-by-step instructions, helpful tips, and best practices to support your journey.

The importance of establishing robust host partnerships lies in:

This guide is only a suggestion, this may not work for everyone but the basics can be found here. You may add and edit accordingly based on your MO’s standards and practices.
Your handover is entirely up to you, have it accordingly on what you think would best work for you and your successor. If you don’t know how to start, you may start by compiling all documents in a drive.
What’s important is that you discuss with your successor how to be an SEO and make sure they familiarize themselves with the official documents.
